I hope someone can help me, I have been on this for over a week. Simple RSVP form on a wedding site that I pasted into my code using Dreamweaver. For some reason it just does not work. Here is the link I sent up for you guys to look at.

Lets try the real site It goes to a gmail account and they swear it does not work........They are missing peeps that fill out the form. It just boggles my mind. Here is the real site...

Works there also. The auto response email needs some work as it must have an open tag causing some html code to show.
