I have upgraded to latest version and now receive the following emails on two different forms when I have updated the forms
Fatal error: Class 'DataSaveMailer' not found in public_html/contactpage/fbapp/php/formpage.cls.php on line 303
does anyone have a fix

Are you using mysql or csv for this form?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

That issue is caused by not having PHP 5.3 on your server. You still have PHP 5.2 which is not compatible with the latest version of Form Builder. Have your hosting provider upgrade your PHP installation and you should be ok.
