Email stopped working - Post ID 236079
I don't know if this has been addressed (couldn't find a search on this forum) and have no idea if this is something at all related to coffee cup that someone could tell me - but my email from my webpage stopped working, my server says it's google, can't find info on google, one place suggested looking at how my 'real' email (Yahoo) was set up. Doing that, but I have no idea what POP server should be. Is there a general 'rule' about how to set it so Yahoo to accept emails that don't have the @yahoo.com?
If you publish the same form to S-Drive, does it work?

What form? What is S-drive?
Hi Funny Face,
Your question is really confusing. Can you please explain more decisively what you are trying to accomplish.

I guess I didn't explain very well. When I set up the website several years ago, either Coffee Cup or my server asked if I wanted an email info@(domain name).com. I said yes, it worked fine for several years. As of a few weeks ago people get email sent to the address back. Server says I have to work it out with Google since it goes through there. Spent hours trying to figure out Google, gave up. Google or somewhere said to check the POP settings. Since I can't find where I can access my info@our domain.com, I tried to re-set yahoo to accept mail from another place into my inbox - which is where they wanted the pop setting. Now I realize that won't help anyway since they send a verification email to that address, and since I can't access it I can't verify.
I realize at this point it's not a coffee cup problem. I'm just very frustrated - I've changed the address on the website, but current customers are getting emails returned. Could you tell me where I might start?

Just one more reason to switch to S-Drive.
