I've downloaded the latest update of Web Form builder and I've created a simple Contact Us form with Name, Email, Phone, Address & Comment text boxes/areas.

The Email Address element has been given the name Email.
In Settings>Email Notices, the From field has been populated with [Email]
Reply-To has also been set to [Email]

When a user submits the form, an email is received but it has two problems:

01. The From field on the email shows the word Nobody instead of the email address. I want it to show the user's email address. However, replying to the user is no problem because when I click reply, the new email contains their email address.

02. The email body itself has the layout I gave it in Settings>Email Notices>Configure Email Message, but each time the user starts a new line in the Address and Comment fields, the code <br /> is displayed in the message.

Can anyone help me solve these problems?

The from field should be an email that your using to respond to the user. So a standard email address goes there. Example: me@mydomain.com.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for you're suggestion, but it doesn't work. If I put my own address in the From field setting then every email just looks like it came from me. When I click reply to these emails, the new reply email now has my address in the To box and I'm emailing myself!

Putting [Email] in the From field setting means that I have the email address of the user and I can reply to them.

It doesn't solve the original problem though. Regardless of what I put in the From field, the email being received still says Nobody.
