This one has me stumped. I have a form located at http://rigchecks.coffeecup.com/forms/ALSRIGCHECK/ that works perfectly when submitted. I have a copy of that form that I use for development purposes located at http://rigchecks.coffeecup.com/forms/ALSRIGCHECKaDEV/ that works fine except that the drop downs for "FUEL", "Crew 1", and "Crew 2" are not included when the form is submitted. I've tried everything that I can think of, changed the size, moved the location on the form, changed the name and nothing I do seems to solve the problem. Hoping a fresh pair of eyes can see what I'm missing. I have uploaded both files. I'm using version 2.5 build 5437.

I noticed that the dev version has the crew as crew 2, twice. Maybe this is the problem?

I think he has been altering things and testing theories. That's only the label but the select has a different var name. The fb file he shared and I tested doesn't have two crew 2 selects.

All, I talked to Support and they had me delete the 3 drop downs that were acting up and then re-add them. That solved the problem.

That was my next suggestion but it's still better to have the gurus look at stuff to catch possible bugs. Glad you got it working.
