I am using Chrome Version 20.0.1132.43
When selecting a date using a date field I get 2 types of Date Pickers appear over the top of one another and only one actually responds to a date selection. Form works properly under installed versions of Firefox 13.0 and Safari 5.1.7.
My Chrome updated to 20.0.1132.43 only today so I'm not sure if this is a bug that has appeared in the newly released Chrome or if it has been an issue for a while?

This is an issue that we just noticed as well. Chrome just added their own calendar for HTML5 last week. We have already fixed the issue and will have a patch in version 2.1 due out in the next 1-23 weeks.

I try not to be too specific.

Hello,
This is a major issue for me, my business relies on these forms and if people are frustrated due to not being able to enter calendar dates easily, they could just not fill out my form and leave. Chrome is my top visitors browser..
I know (hope) you are kidding with the 1-23 week time frame - I would appreciate a more accurate idea of when to expect the fix. In the meantime I'll replace my date entry fields with standard text fields, but is an inconvenience for record keeping/formatting, etc. If it is going to take 6 months to fix this, I need to know now so I can explore other options.
Thank you,
Patrick

We hoping to release it this week as long as nothing new arises.

Hello. Can you give any further information about a patch release date for this datepicker issue? I'm also in a big pickle!
