Hi Guys,
Late last night I uploaded a new form for one of our Chapters and got the "Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s): Failed to send an email to "myemail@mydomain.org ".
I never had this before and have used FB for years. I did a call out for others to check a few of our forms with a few of their devices, and I at a loss for why this is going on. The oddest thing is my own systems, both the laptop and desktop give me the failure using wifi, however the laptop works using my phones hotspot! I have also tried to use different email address (non-my domain) for the form results with no luck. Examples of the reports I got back.

Currently using Register.com as a host, installed the new version of CC FTP two days ago and it seems to be working fine. Here is 2 of our form if you want to try it too, I am the only one who gets the email, just write "test from CC" or something like that in the name text box so I know it is from you. A redirect page comes up if it works. Thank you for the help!

Crazy random sending issue. - Post ID...
Had no problem with your form. Got the re-direct screen after filling it out and about 15 seconds later got the conformation email. Using win7 on a laptop.
Quick question: Is your server Linux, or IIS based? If IIS, then check out this and it may help...

Even if it's not IIS, it may help

Thank you Gunsmoke I really appreciate the reply.I did read about the User.CFG/Go Daddy edit stuff last night when I was searching the forum, but did not think that was the issue since it was a random user issue. However after your post I did play with it a bit and changed the mail server value in the user.cfg and so far so good! I have not been able to get the error again. It is weird to me, but I guess if it works I am happy.
Thank you again GS, have a great day.
