Hello,

I'm trying to use the drop-down as contact list, but in at least on field, the email only needs to be send to an email if they select "yes".

I've set the "yes" email in the builder and left the you@you.com in the "non" field. This causes the form to not send the results to the "yes", but does list the "yes" address in the "this is what you filled out!" confirmation page.

Any help? let me know if you need more detail.

You need to tweak the form confirmation and remove the [form_results] and hand pick what displays. :)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks Eric, but I see I was really unclear in my first post.

I have five drop-down fields that are being used as contact lists. When I test the form, I only get the results emailed to the first contact listed in the "email form results" setting. It doesn't matter which one, just the first one listed gets emailed and none of the rest.

I've attached a screen-shot of how the setting are.

Any ideas or is this a bug?

I've done a variety of testing, and it looks like you can't have more then one "drop-down as contact list" in a form and have the email results emailed to you.

I would love this to be wrong, does anyone have a form working with multiple contact lists?

I was looking at the emails at the top. I think their suppose to be separated by commas. Weren't yours in brackets without any @domain? I would think two contact list would be a problem also.

As far as I know you can add many emails in the TO: field of the settings, but when doing a drop down contact list you can only have one per choice. Whether or not you can have multiple contact dropdown lists hmm, I would think so as long as you don't make them set to required. And yes they need to be full email addresses not names in brackets for the To: field, which isn't connected to your drop down list in any way at all, and separated by commas as Eric mentioned.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
