Hello

(I have upgraded to 4.0, build 1882)

Trying to send a confirmation email - In WFB I try to export and I get the Hold On Warning. Says didnt specify template to use and email to recipient. When I check setting under confirm email I see the RED response I made (after importing through the green plus symbol) so I don't understand why it says I havent specified. When I try to fill in the To field were its to be sent to I just get a blue field. But I have labeled the email field they fill out "email" but it doesn't show up in the confirm email part of settings.

I have attached the files for WFB and RED

Hope that makes sense

Thanks in advance

Byron.

Ok figured some of this out - you have to use the magical email creator (not just a filed) to get the confirm field to populate.

Great uploaded it to one of the test sites

https://www.tippingproductions.com/tpc/demo/

But not receiving the RED confirmation email

Thanks all,

Byron

Hi Byron,
Are you using OSX Form Builder?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

SOLVED -- I had the same problem (nothing in the To: field) but after I removed the conditional "display" part on the EMAIL field, it worked. I wanted the email to show up only after checking a checkbox, but it won't let me do that. So now my form always shows the EMAIL field and the Confirmation Email setting works.

I'm having this issue, as well. Getting that "Hold On" message complaining that I need to use a correct e-mail format (I would assume I am using that already: name@email.com) and wants a template or some such thing. I used the magic e-mail element and the lilac theme. Do you need Responsive E-mail Designer to actually use this?

Hi Richard,
Is the email format correct in the Confirm and Notification?
