Captcha - Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. -...

Running WFB 2.9 5509 and following https://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles … m-builder/ using the section:
Automatic Captcha
All Captcha systems rely on a key of answers to ensure that the image that has been displayed matches up with the answer that is expected. S-Drive has its own set of keys that you can choose to use, but you'll need to be publishing to S-Drive in order to use it. Use this option only if you are publishing to S-Drive or if you use the Automated Form Processing export function.
1. When the exported version of the form is run from my website, I get an error message "Cannot contact reCAPTCHA"
2. When run from the s-drive, CAPTCHA works perfectly.
3. If I submit the form on the exported version without completing the CAPTCHA, I receive instructions that I have not completed CAPTCHA from the S-Drive version of the form. And when checked the form processes correctly.

Has anyone experienced this type of behavior or can explain what is happening? I suspect an issue with file paths in the exported html code as other forms with images did not resolve file paths correctly but this does not seem like the same kind of issue. Thanks!

Hi Lee,
I would open a support topic as that seems like very odd behavior.

when using recaptcha for exporting the project you have to choose "manual" for the recaptcha then choose the style of the recaptcha thingy and then insert your own keys that google provide for your site.

I think maybe your correct Wayan,
I read His post again and maybe that's what happen. When I first read it I thought he had entered the keys.

Thanks Eric and Wayan,

However doing manual with keys obtained from google cannot work either as the form when loaded from the s-drive would break as the keys would no longer match for the sdrive site. I am using the export automatic processing so data will be captured on the s-drive. And the s-drive forms break if the form was done manually with my keys....But I guess the question really is does it matter. The forms are accessed on my site, the data does get captured, it is just CAPTCHA that does not work on the s-drive.

recaptcha does work on S-Drive.
