I thought I had a pretty good handle on this but......
I'm getting the error "Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
•Failed to record the data because the server is too busy or doesn't have write permission."

The form is located at: http://www.illustratedsoul.com/contact_form/contact_page.html
The FB file is located at: http://www.illustratedsoul.com/contact_form/illustrated_soul_contact_form.fb. It is too large for the attachment feature.
I have double and triple checked the email addresses in the settings/auto response menu and simple cannot see any problems. I have edited user.cfg.php since the site is on BlueRazor which is really GoDaddy. I have set the permissions of the files on BlueRazor as best I can and they show write and execute so I'm at a loss.

I think I've got it figured out. When I saved the form the storage folders were not created. I copied them from a test form and uplaoded them. The form seems to work now.
