I want the ability to send my registrants to a more detailed explanation of terms & conditions. Can I insert a link into the form as I am building it or after the fact?

Make sure to save this info and the code you added so you can redo it if you change your form at all in the program as it will overwrite that addition. Easy readding, but always good to keep that info handy for those changes

Just to throw a spanner in the works I use this method:
Create the form as normal with a check box. in the page, below put a link to a page displaying a disclaimer with instructions to read and agree in the form by checking the box. That way it is a standard form and a standard link element.
