How do we block a certain spamming IP address, I received 407 form submissions yesterday from same BS ip.
That would be something you do at the server level. Contact your hosting provider and they may be able to help you set that up.

Hello Scott,
Thank you for your reply. I did an IP block server side, but was just curious if this was possible from inside the app.
Another question, is there a way to require the email address be real? The spams came from @noemail.tst
Seems if that could be added to the out-put code as pre-send check would help some.
Thanks!
Alldaron

No, hadn't implemented that.
That works the best. I use it on all my forms and get 0 spam from them now.

Thanks Steve, will add that to my forms... I appreciate the input...
After all was said and done, in the span of 4 hours, they sent a total of just under 845 BS emails [all from same IP].
That's just a bit excessive.

You can also log into your cPanel or equivalent (if you have access to this) and block the IP's in there as well, that helps so they can't mess with you at all even if they do figure out how to get past the captcha

Yes, thank you Jo Ann, I blocked those certain IPs server side this morning.

I firmly believe that these people should be dipped in peanut butter and then fed to a group of rabid beavers... ;-)
