I've never seen this and it probably can't be done, but I just wanted to check before I told my customer that it can't be done. They are requesting that the drop-down selection have the officers position on the first line of the option with the officer's name on the second line, indented. Something like below but with John Doe indented.
Chief Executive Officer
John Doe

I would think you could alter the html to achieve this.
Edit: I did a little checking end it's a pain in the pc to get it done.

If you use two text boxes the first 66% wide the second 50% reduce padding to get them close then add padding to the second boxes left setting to ident it.
The information will be available in the database or csv as a pair.

I'm sorry, but I don't follow what you are saying. There are no text boxes in the options list for a drop-down list used as a contact list. (Maybe I should have said that before.) Do you mean to do two options and offset the second one? Can you give some example code, please?
