I like how that Calendar Pad programs looks. I wish the Coffee Cup ptogram looked like that.

Much easier to see events on days at a glance.

Nancy you have only one post, have you asked for help? If so where?

Eric, does it matter that Nancy only has one post? It is obvious by all the posts here that the web calendar is dysfunctional and coffeecup is directing resources elsewhere. That is a business decision...i use the google calendar then...not a big deal.

Nancy has a problem...don't ask where she has gone for help...if you have it....give her the solution!!!!

Nancy, I don't show that you have ever filled out a support ticket for anything. Why not give us a chance to try and help out before you make such a post. Support is free after all ;)

Is it at all possible that she has done something wrong in the process of trying to figure out the program. She has given no examples, no feedback whatsoever. My job is retention. We don't even know if her problem is the same as those who have already posted. So yes, it does matter. and if she is going to post in the forum, then there should be something that accompanies the complaint. My intention in asking the question is to get said feedback and thus DIRECT her to a proper resource that might aid in her being happy in the product instead of leaving it without trying all options.

Yes, Jeff, it matters. In a great many cases the issue turns out to be something the user is doing incorrectly, or a mistaken assumption about what the software was intended to do. Simply complaining without having taken steps to attempt to resolve the issue--such as coming here and asking for help, or submitting a trouble ticket with tech support--is counterproductive to say the least.

Another reason we tend to ask that when someone has only 1 post (and have said they have taken advice on things for years) is because maybe they are on another account and we therefore have no way to know if they have posted in other places or put in a ticket on issues etc. It's just common sense to ask what Eric asked Jeff. We "try" not to assume, but with only 1 post that makes it hard "not to assume" that the person has never asked for help, and if they are not even talking about the issues at all that they are having it makes it pretty hard for anyone to help them.

Since Scott chimed in saying there are no tickets either, that can only mean 2 things. They either have never asked for help, or they are on a different account (for whatever reasons) and looked for help before but we are unaware of it due to this account having... 1 .... post .... and .... no .... tickets. Make sense?

Thanks everyone for setting me straight:) ...There are several posts on this forum about the calendar not displaying the correct dates unless you refresh the page. That problem persists.

What should people do that have the problem?

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
