Hello. Last year I bought Web Calender 5.1, and a theme, and built a calendar for a customer. I need to update the calendar for this year, and had to reload the software on my laptop to get this done. I can open the calendar, but the theme is not showing up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Dave

Did you also reload the theme?

No I didn't. Where would that be located?

If you have downloaded it, it might be in your download folder. If not, you may have to download it again.

The following step-by-step instructions will show you how to install
Web Calendar Themes and organize the Theme Browser.

1. Download your Web Calendars themes from your Customer Care Center. The Themes will be in ZIP format.

2. Make sure Web Calendar is closed.

3. Unzip your theme's zip file.

4. Once you have unzipped the file, you will see a folder containing the theme's name.

5. In a separate window, open the Web Calendar theme directory, located at

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings[username]\My Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes

Windows Vista/7:
C:\Users[username]\Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes

6. In this directory, you will see folders entitled "Stationary" or "Cracker Jack"
(unless you previously installed a theme pack which created additional directories).

7. After completing steps 1 - 6, the themes will automatically appear in the theme browser
upon opening Web Calendar.

Enjoy!

Just because you open folders, doesn't make the themes "automatically appear" - so clearly there's a step missing. Are you to move the downloaded/unzipped folder into the other folder mentioned in step 6, perhaps?

Why yes! Wow! I copied those directions from the text file located within the folder with the themes and you are correct. Step missing! Okay, well, after Step 4, move that unzipped folder with the files it contains to the theme directory listed in Step 5.

That should work for you. If it doesn't please post back and I'll run through it again just to make sure.
