Hello i have 2 little problems with web calendar:

1st the number one doesn't appear if i don't put my mouse on top and 2nd sometime events don't show up and i need to refresh to see them like 3 or 4 times.

How can this be fixed?

In regards to the refreshing issue, sometimes when you first upload a file you do have to refresh a couple of times before it will appear. However, if you have had it uploaded for awhile and it still does it, then their might be a problem with the software, in which case you want to send a support ticket.

Well i might know that i have to reload a couple of times but the visitors wont do it

No, I may have been unclear. You are correct in saying that customers should not have to re-load a page. The question I have is this: is the re-loading problem happening just after you upload your updates for the calender? OR, does it just always happen. If it just always happens, then there is a problem. If it happens just after uploading your updates, it does take a few minutes (sometimes) for something to appear after a recent upload.

No , like sometimes appears and other times it doesn't appear. you haven't been unclear, my english is not good , just that. I am the one re-loading the site to see if it will appear!

Ok. It is possible then, that you have a bad download of the program (this is true, only if you just downloaded it, if you have had it for awhile and your problem is something new, then its not a download issue.) This means you should uninstall the old calender version and re-install again.

If the reinstall does not work, then you should put a support ticket in and let the pro's direct you further.
