A great CSS menu builder is Blumentals, there's a free version and paid for ones. I've got the free one and I feel it's a nice app. It also has a nice feature in that you can put it in your web pages as your editing it.

@Jo Ann I did, they provided me a link today but due to unfortunate circumstances I will not be able to purchase for another week or so..

Yes will be interesting, stiff competition I would think, but that's what it's about
