I am just curious why Coffee Cup designs everything so big. Their templates are gigantic their website is enormous. I feel like when I am on their website everything is set on handicap settings. Whats that all about?

Not sure I follow Eric, what do you mean by big? It all looks pretty normal to me, but then I have my screen set at a pretty small (small/large? I can never remember which way it goes lol) resolution so things are pretty small on my screen until my eyesight starts giving out lol.

Looks all pretty normal on a 22" screen to me.

Eric, I have no special needs (my wife may disagree), my Windows and browser settings are pretty much set to default, and everything looks normal compared to other sites. What do you mean?
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

Apparently I am crazy, but is not the login box on your computer huge? I have logged in to CC from about 5 different computers and everytime everything is huge. Look at the CC templates and look at the headings and stuff, thats like 120pt font.

I could just be loosing it though.

I know exactly what Eric means and in part I can agree that everything seems a little larger than life... sort of cartoony if you like. But that was made it all seem so much more accessible to me (visual impairment aside) and much more approachable. Some of these really sleek, slick sites selling software frighten the life out of me and I know before I even look that the learning curve is going to be more time than the fraction of a life time that I have left to spare on learning it all. Whereas CC has this kind of homely, familiar feel about it which encourages (and encouraged) me to try out their stuff which might just be within my mental reach.
So yes... he is right, but I am sure, in spite of what Scott says here... that the whole cartoon affect was intentional and most definitely works well!
Right?
