I have a feeling Quick basic used to be similar but that was a long long time ago. I hope one day HTML or its replacement would become a true programming language then it would not need Javascript, Jquery, Php etc to overcome its inabilities. Css is just a crutch. to do what variables and some expressions would allow with ease. I doubt if it will happen in my life time though.

This is what HTML5 and CSS3 are doing now... They are replacing a lot of the need for Java Script...

Wow, two *Edited for Lang...* knock-outs in one posting! Could be a record for the uber-civil CoffeeCup Forum.

What happens if I say this: *Edited for Lang...*?

Sorry, no good. Well then, how about this: *Edited for Lang...*?

What, not even this: *Edited for Lang...*?

Well! I wasn't expecting a sort of Spanish Inquisition!
