Why is there a 4 minute time difference between the time on my computer and the time on my cell phone? Is a substantial difference and it is vexing to choose which one to believe. The current time adjustment brought this to my attention.

Which one is correct?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I do not know which one is correct, Some TV stations follow one and some radio and tv stations follow the other. Guess I will have to log on to a Greenwich standard time site of some sort and see if I come up with a third time or back up of one or the other.

Tried to edit the previous post but got back to it too late. I found the official NIST time online and of course it was 4 minutes off of what I had set all the clocks and wrist watch to to match my computer time display. So, I changed the computer and all of the clocks and wrist watch to be within a few seconds of the official time listed on the official NIST online display. Another thing that will need to checked from time to time.

This post is chaos! Only Marty McFly can do that, or Stewy from Family Guy. Time travel isn't possible, i'll take the train.

In addition, there's a time differential when I use a computer. One hour on a computer equals around 2.5 hours in the real world. :)
