My addon domain went missing from my...

Its the website in my signature below, complete mystery, i host with justhost.com (i think not for much longer)

This evening i got the proverbial cannot find server error

After some hours, i checked my Cpanel and the domain has gone missing completely

Just host seem to have no idea at all as to why

Anyone ever heard of this before, or is it just a one off ?

Dam good grounds for checking website regularly as i do though or i might have just thought christmas trade was never going to happen this year.

From the response of malwarebytes, it looks like your domain may have been hijacked. Is your domain through domainmonster?

Viv... hate to say this, but exactly the same happened to my brother with justhost.com and he had a job getting them to put things right.

Yes it is with domainmonster, thats my name listed

? why "it looks like your domain may have been hijacked" although i think this is the case i can't see what you are getting from malwarebytes

janys one bit of good news they sorted it in a few hours, but no explanation as to how it happened

The bottom area of the 404 page(framed) was blocked by malwarebytes for being a malicious url or has a malicious script. I painstakingly found that MB rarely gives a false positive.

Oh help ! this is where my inexperience can cause problems

Are you saying you can see evidence that my website has something malicious on it, if that is the case i could do with some help as i do not know how to deal with it.

I would simply ftp into your website and find out what files are on your host. This will tell you really quick if this is true or not. And maybe you can also find what happened to your website that way.

Ask your host to have a look at the suspicious page/script. They should be able to help as most hosts don't want misbehaving scripts on their servers.

thanks tried that but they seem not to understand anything

I think i will just move my whole hosting over to Bluehost.com twice the price, in USA and they are more efficient and helpful,

this will teach me for trying to go with a uk hosting, there service is diabolical.
