I've come close to doing that with my kids 'puters a time or two before... But then I remember that I can use them (and block them) real easy, and it's WAY less expensive. But I applaud the action

And what do you do when the kids have found a way to remove the blocking?

What I plan to do with my children (when I have them), is get a device that controls the time that one can be on the computer and software that monitors everything that is done on my child's computer...

I am disgusted. Gun crime is getting rampant even here, though we have such strict laws to prevent gun ownership. Maybe America still has Gunfights at the OK Coral but letting off a firearm in a public place should have the guy committed if not for shear stupidity. If he wanted to shoot something or someone the creators of Face book, My space and whatever would be a good place to start.

At nearly 70 I have seen such a decline in kids manners aided by those crippled brained idiots who stop basic chastisement of kids in their development. I am not talking abuse but instilling the respect for cops, teachers and best of all parents.
Maybe carrying guns will be the norm for all soon to protect ourselves from our own brain damaged kids.
Facebook is a site for idiots to view garbage thought up by mentally challenged individuals who could never make a name for themselves in any other way.
I would never want to view the future it is screwed. I feel sorry for the next generation, They believe that Facebook is the truth. Now Twitter Ever thought that is for Twit's. Maybe I should get a gun and shoot up the next doors dog which barks for hours or better still the neighbor who allows it. It is a slippery slope I cannot see an end in sight. I watched it, now sorry I did as humanity shames me enough.

How do you know it was a public place?

All I can say is I sleep very well knowing my .357, .38, .45, 9mm and double barrel shotgun are within arms reach from me.
