Can't bookmark single FireFox tab -...

I upgraded to FireFox 4.0.1 on my XP desktop.
When I right click on a tab to bookmark it, I get a "Bookmark All Tabs..." option, but no option to bookmark just one tab.
If I choose the All Tabs option it bookmarks all tabs and puts them in a folder, I then have to go to the folder in the sidebar, drag the required tab to where I want it, then delete the folder with its unwanted tabs.
If I have a single tab open, "Bookmark All Tabs..." is greyed out and I'm left with no bookmarking option at all, not that I'm aware of anyway.

Anyone else has this problem, or am I missing something?
I'm also wondering about the 3 periods after the All Tabs option, does it have any significance? (I take the 3 periods to represent hidden wording, or more options lurking around somewhere).

Same problem here. That is, I never click a tab in order to bookmark anything, so it is a problem that I didn't know I had until now.

I just click on bookmarks in the menu bar and click on "Bookmark this page".:) I don't get an option to bookmark all tabs if I right click. It's greyed out. The dots are a standard way of showing that the text is to long to read and don't bother trying because it means nothing.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

You can also click the star in the address bar.

Could also drag the favicon into your bookmark bar :)

Yep that works too, thanks.
And here was I, doggedly clicking on the tab trying to get the menu item I wanted. Looks like I haven't been "thinking out of the box" on this one.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
