Has anyone on this forum used AI chat bots / AI customer service bots that usually float in the bottom right hand corner of your website?

1 - If so, have you found them useful?

2- Do they answer questions well?

3 - Are they good sales assistants?

To be quite honest a few of my clients have used them and they are only as helpful as the information they are drawing from. They have to be set up correctly with a healthy knowledge base of information provided specific to your business.

I would not suggest letting them free run your chat.
