with the great offer of 9.99 for the photo gallery software, I must say, though appealing and a previous heavy flash user myself, I would not spend anymore on flash applications. I'm slowly eliminating all my use of flash on my websites and will not use it in future designs. Too many things now don't play it. I actually like and prefer flash but it's not my battle to fight.
what I need is a versatile photo gallery that is not flash based and can adjust the images automatically to any size screen - from a phone to a large HD TV. I've been looking for one but have not found a suitable program yet.

Personally I wrote my website with computers in mind, and from the research i have done only 5% of potential buyers rely on their mobile devices when making purchases.
I personally will use all my flash applications till its 50 50 and at @ 9.99 you will get your moneys worth till then, as html photogallery with CC simplicity to use could be a long way off.
Will be interesting to see if Scott drops in and says SOON

Just a friendly hint... I would buy it now for $9.99... You never know when they may just completely change the program... (Evil Grin.) . . .

If there's no flash, that will be a totally new program.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

yes - it would be a new program - which is why I posted it under "suggestions for new programs"
Almost all my new clients in the past year or so have requested that their sites be accessible on phones, tablets and full size computers. Flash cannot accomplish this at this point in time and it looks like Adobe has given up on trying to do so. Regardless of current consumer habits, my clients need to be satisfied and as I said, it's not my fight to convince them otherwise. I'll use whatever technology works. Flash, at this point is losing ground

I agree with Vyzer, a lot of my site visitors use devices that won't or don't run flash. I'm fazing out Flash for HTML5.
Check the new update that was launched yesterday! No more Flash!
