Sorry you feel that way. Since this is your first posting in the forum, have you thought about asking your questions here? Include which program you are trying to use, what you need it to do and what problem you are having with the program and maybe the volunteers in here can help you out. Many of us have been using the programs for years, and maybe we know how to get you started so that the programs can work for you.
Don't give up...it does take time to learn all of the programs, so start with what you need first. Maybe the Visual Site Designer, just to get you started.
Let us know if we can help. That is what this forum is for.

Why didnt you try the software first since it all has trial periods. I find Coffee cup programs to be fairly intuative anyway and anything I get stuck on is covered in the help or on these forums.

I recently purchased the Web Master Pack. I wasn't really able to use the demo software for anything because of the banners added to it. I couldn't truly test the product with them in place.

1. The software is farily easy to use without any books or help IMO. The only things I have even needed help with have been fairly easy to find some sort of help for.
2. There is lots of helpful documentation available although some seems to be for older versions. The videos are very helpful & for the most part well done.
3. E-Mail Support is fast although so far hasn't really helped me accept to tell me they know of major bugs already that I believe should be mentioned before you buy. So until they fix this some of the software I just purchased is Useless.
4. Support here is spotty at best so far. So far I haven't had much luck with having questions answered or even acknowledged. I did have someone try to help with one question though. Thanks!
5. Installing & downloading took too long since all 27 programs have to be download one at a time & installed one at a time.

With all the above said I really like what I am able to use & look forward to learning more about the software, from here & hope this software makes building my site easier.

Would I buy the software again with what I know now?

I would buy some but I might have waited on the Web Master Pack but I believe if they fix the bugs making the some of the software unusable this opinion will change to a YES most definitely.
Everyone has an opinion & this is just mine sorry if it offends anyone.

I bought the Web Master Pack cause it was the most bang for the buck. I didn't need all the programs included, but I figured I'd have them in case I did some day. Also, the fact that you get free upgrades and support for life makes it easy to take when an app does have a major bug. You know you'll get the next version when it's released. Granted the update cycle may be a little long on some of the apps, but I think that will change soon. My understanding is that they moved from Corpus Christi recently due to a shortage of programmers. Hopefully their new surroundings will speed up development. Was sad to see them go though. It was nice having a local software company do good. Kinda put Corpus on the map. :-)

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
