Coffee Cup software sadly lacking -...

Just doing a little looking around tonight.. hmmmm
I have been using CoffeeCup software since 2005 or maybe longer, not sure, but a long time.
I have every program that CoffeeCup offers except 3 and have used all of them at one time or another on at least 40 web sites.

Yes, it can take some time to figure things out, and yes it can be frustrating at times.. nothing new there. same with anything, not just software.
(for example) Try rebuilding an outboard motor just to have it explode on the first run. :(
...Take a break and try again...

I have been very impressed with 'all' the CoffeeCup software. It is innovative, easy to use and has served me very well over the years.
That's my 2 cents..

The CoffeeCup crowd are nice people more than willing to help anyone.

Another hit and run. :(

You know, google picks up all these negative posts that people make and then never ever again respond in (either they got embarrassed out or are just wanting to start trouble to begin with), why don't you delete them when people do that? Not this one as of yet of course, it was just posted, but all the others that people put in and billions of us post after only to see that they never ever come back to answer etc. why keep them?

I realize it's nice to see how many of us are loyal customers and will respond to tell these people how wrong they really are, but still lol, seems kind of bad to keep all these negative posts from some of these people that are clearly only wanting to start trouble and give CC a bad name. To me posts like this one (unless of course he comes back and actually answers us) are useless and if someone does a search for CC to find reputation on things, posts like this will come up in their searches and make CC look bad. I'm just curious why they are kept I guess?

Good question. For the most part I hate to ever delete anything because even though there is some negativity in a post, a thread can turn into having some information that really does help other users in one way or another.

I also do hate it when a person has less then 5 posts and starts something like this and never comes back.

Thank you though everyone for your support.

I think CC needs to keep them, it would be disingenuous to take them off. The last reputation CC wants to get is that they spin their forums.

Eric has it right in my opinion. No company is going to have 100% happy customers or no troublemakers on their forums.

I never read the comments on sites that are embedded for that reason. Yeah you say Sue P. from Texas loves you and has nothing but flowery praise about your product but YOU posted that not Sue P. from Texas. Not much weight there. :(

Take the good with the bad and it all washes in the end. Take this one thread for example. One hit and run negative comment has produced how many positive comments about CC software? :)
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

Yeah, as much as I HATE to see these posts on here too (seem like I take them a bit personally for some reason), I agree that they should remain. At least, unless they are just really off the wall outragous, and rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. When I'm evaluating a site/product and see negative comments on the site, will look to see how things were handled. You can't expect any company to please everyone 100% of the time.

Thanks all for that feedback, makes perfect sense to me now too, was just curious as to why, but yeah I would have to agree now too.

Nice new pic Spinny, I like it :)

"Taking it personally", yea why do we do that. It's probably because we are all like investors in the company because we own so much of the software.

I feel a moment coming on: its like we are all one big happy software family. :D

Ok. Ima dork.
