I could use a good simple .ico file creator/editor CoffeeCup style. A image capture/converter function would be great!

I agree! Most everything out there is not as clean as CC. Maybe make the ico creator/editor part of HTML editor or an add in app like the FTP

What part do you find hard? It's a pretty straight forward / simple process. Have you tried http://converticon.com/?
