Site Mapper freezing up on me every...
HI, I have a few sites I am trying to map, I would say that they each have a few hundred pages. I am running VMWare Fusion (Windows Vista) on a Mac Computer.
The program keeps freezing up on me. sometimes it only gets to 3 urls and freezes, sometimes it gets to 70 or so and freezes. Would that be indicative of the setup that I am using to try to site map? I got the VM software just to run this sitemapper on my Mac, so I am sad that it is not working
any advice?
(I have a pc available now, can and should i transfer the software over to it?)

Doing this backwards - read your (before you post entry) here are the answers:
1. http://HQPrinceGeorge.com (there are more but none of them are working. we'll start with this one)
2. Operating system (Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running VMWare Fusion 3.0.2 running W. Vista Vista 7)
3. Latest
4. Registered
5. type in URL, a few pages start to map and then the program freezes
6. Yes
7. I don't have the software on another computer.

Hello Allison,
Coffee Cup Software does not officially support Mac's; although, that is their goal for this year. Typically (on a PC), when this sort of thing happens (and it does) then uninstall the program and reinstall a clean copy. For some reason that works sometimes.

Reinstalled it on a PC, seems to be working like a charm now.
TWO thumbs up for your support of MAC!!! I'm an avid mac user, but have used several of your products over the years in my PC days. So I would love to combine the two!
thanks, Allison
