It's the same file, duplicated... however, I removed the two background images... now it's doing it again...

It was jumping (IE) the first few times I went there, but is no longer jumping, weird.
Once you accomplish the impossible, then you can move on to the hard stuff!

Figured it out. On the form, I had selected auto focus for the first entry... forcing the page to jump down there. Sorry for wasting your time guys...
