I want the text to be at the centre both horizontally and vertically at all times regardless of page width/height. How do I do this?

One quick and easy way to have an element (e.g. a paragraph or text element) horizontally and vertically centred in a container is to set the container to Layout > Flex with 'Align Items' set to Center and 'Justify' set to Center. A width should be set for the text or paragraph element.
