Website response problem - Post ID...

I'm attempting to create a responsive website in Visual Site Designed and it is not responding correctly. It looks ok on some devices, but junk on others. Don't be critical. It's not finished yet and has lots of rough areas, but it is live. My primary concern is the "response" of the top picture of the website as it adapts to device screen size. Currently the picture does not stay centered across the screen. (The picture is crowded out by white space as the screen size decreases.)

Any constructive suggestions on correcting the responsiveness of the picture frame are appreciated.

It'a not easy to come up with a solution just from an image or seeing the site live so to speak
, but
it looks to me that the background image at small device widths needs to be set to :

size = cover

position =
horizontal - center
vertical = center

That should do it, but if not you may need let us take a look ar the actual project file,
