Hi Guys;

I am missing something in the little windows that pops up when you load your project....the one that says there is a breakpoint beyond the editable area. It says to grab the app and move it left.

I'm having a senior moment and can't seem to get it to work. I have a breakpoint all the way to the right (~1600 px), and I need to be able to edit it. It's behind the control panel. It would be nice to make the panel floatable. That would solve the problem.

Preview does not allow you to edit while previewing the page.

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks.

For this you will need to increase the size of the program, either by maximizing it or by dragging the corner of the program to increase the size. If you do not need that breakpoint I would recommend deleting it. Just place the slider within the 1600px breakpoint and click the minus button on the left hand side of the slider.

Thanks for the reply, Adam.

I have tried what you said and it doesn't work.

For my monitor and video card, I need the 1600px capability, otherwise any changes I make on a smaller size doesn't look correct on the 1600px view.

I have tried all I can think of.

Since there are a plethora of monitors and video card sizes and resolutions, it would be great to have a floating control panel.

Thanks much.

I also have gotten a message that I have a break point hidden under the dashboard. Moving the app and dragging the window to the right will not get me to where I can access the break point to delete it. I do know that my page loses most of the formatting I have done once it gets to that width. My monitor is at its highest resolution and I can't make the window any larger than that so I have no way to see that break point to delete it. Any suggestions? Is it something that can be removed in the css file?

It can only be done in the application. If you can post your project file, we can delete the breakpoint for ya.

I have tried twice now to post the file, but it appears to be too large.

Upload it to your server and post a link to the file.

Best I can do is send you a link to download it from our Sharefile site. If you send me an email to the address in my profile, I can email you the link.

Just email the link to yourself and then post that link here.
