I have a problem with Autoplay on the html5 video.

Autoplay does work fine, as long as you select 'mute' - problem is, I do not want it muted.

Is there a way around this?

Any help wil be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is this in all browsers or perhaps only Chrome?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Steve,
The muted (incorrect) version is here:

The 'correct' version is here:
https://www.thewebman.co.za/jdttest

The only difference is that 'muted' was selected on the second version.

Hi Faure,

I don’t think you can change it via your html5 video element.
All major browsers only allow autoplay when muted.
It is the user who decides for which website to override this setting.
