Guys at coffeecup are awesometacular.
Yes, the app suggests this when I load the program but for some reason on my windows 7 home edition it only allows me to resize so far... weird thing is when I use inspector the highest breakpoint is 1914 so only effected on resolutions over that so fine for testing.. the whole project is learning curve.
Is there a default breakpoint that I cannot see in inspector ?

Hi again,
Still no joy resizing the window - I even installed sizer program but it seems the app window is limited to 1932 width?
I know this more likely my own fault for dropping a wrong breakpoint in - all my changes were made on pc with smaller moniter etc. Is there a way to edit window size via the registry or something? Otherwise I assume i'd have to try get someone open it up on a mac?
Cheers in advance

It has to be done within the application. If you attach your project file (or upload), we can delete that breakpoint for you.

Thanks, that would help - its my first go - so think half of my breakpoints are a little out but if you could delete the furtest so that grid-1 is #53296b as default that would help a lot. Many thanks

Here you go. Moved it over to the 1499px. You will need to now apply styles above that breakpoint.

Hi Scott,
what I can't understand - all the changes i made in bgcolour etc were on what is now the 1499px breakpoint you moved. However, if i go higher than that - i still have the old white background. Does this mean i now have to go and manually change all the values of the clases again for the other side?
Still working this out and appreciate your patience - but as I asked before is there another default screen width setting? any way to move breakpoint I mentioned - right to the end so that the old wite design is removed?

That is correct. You were working within the breakpoint, you would need to make any changes needed above that breakpoint for the site to display correctly.

Do not worry about defaults. The best thing to do is ensure that your website looks good as it shrinks.

There is no end (on the right), you would need to do ask it is suggested above.
Ok I'm plodding along changing stuff by hand, but if I'd edited main.css I could have done it lot quicker by getting rid of the default styles already created ( which are what were causing the problem ) - but want to learn - think I've learnt lesson on not creating new breakpoint on an old monitor - however can I make a suggestion for future update?
Maybe as I said before - ability to hide sidebar or perhaps some form of breakpoints dialog from top menu where you could add/delete/duplicate or perhaps overwrite the default styles ?
