I've uploaded the project file without change to S-Drive and it seems to work OK using both
https://fc7777.coffeecup.com/index.html and https://fc7777.coffeecup.com .
It also works In both 'Preview' and 'Preview on...', though, of course, one can see in 'Preview' only the page that is currently on the SD canvas.

Ya...I'll just keep trying to isolate the issue...I'm sure it's the way I'm adapting the code.

Where something works in 'Preview on...' but doesn't work on export, it is often because only part of the project was successfully uploaded, or something that was previously exported needs removing.
I would be inclined to test the matter in stages by
(a) doing a 'clean' export to a local hard drive;
(b) testing that local export in a browser;
(c) if (b) works correctly, doing a 'clean' upload (using an FTP program) of the local working copy from the hard drive.
By 'clean' I mean that it is completely fresh, not a modifying of a previous export or upload. For a 'clean' export to a local hard drive I first remove any previous local export. Similarly, for a 'clean' FTP upload I first remove all the files previously uploaded to the server.
If the above doesn't resolve the issue, it may be that attaching a zipped copy of the project (.rsd) file to a post here might result in someone spotting where the problem lies.

The impression I gain from the JavaScript at https://pastebin.com/5MThpeE9 is that the sticky navbar (an SD Symbol) is to appear when one scrolls down the page, and to become transparent again when one scrolls back. The amount of scrolling from the top of the page to trigger the appearance is 500px for the Home page and 50px for the other pages.
Keeping to the same method as I used before to identify the different treatment of the Symbol in the Home page (a display:none home-page container), it may be that the attached project file would illustrate a simple method.
As before, I've (very temporarily) exported the project to https://fc7777.coffeecup.com .
