So, I discovered some strange things about this component.
First, if you preview it and open/close the vertical menu, then the horizontal menu disappears all together. The same happens in device view
I also notices that the Toggle attribute is applied to the container rather than to the Menu icon.

I'll play around with some more and let you know

Another thing that happens is: If you enlarge the viewport size width while the vertical menu is out, the Flex settings of the horizontal menu will default to the settings of the earlier breakpoints established for the vertical menu

It must be related to the implementation of the attributes. The moment you open the vertical menu, any sizing of the viewport breaks the design. This is of course the case if the viewer rotates the phone to landscape, so I think it certainly is a dealbreaker.

Are you talking about during "preview on" ? Where you expand or contract the viewport,

Well I don't know what you are looking at, but the menu you made, looks great on my laptop, my desktop, my phone (portrait or landscape), and on my tablet.(portrait or landscape) In Google, Brave, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Yahoo, Ask.com,
and a few others I have tried works a treat
I don't have Apple stuff, but if anyone wants to look at it LIVE (not preview or anything, but real time live

Difficult to see but it looks like you still have all breakpoints disabled

When viewed live (as in real time ) looks & works perfectly
