Is there a way to place text over an image?
I have a transparent border I want to use and add text inside it.
Thanks for any suggestions!

Well I already figured this out. Created the image using the border, added the text and saved it as a .jpeg. Used an online picture tool to make the background transparent.

You could also have made the image a background image in a container, then added text to the container (which would have put the text on top and then positioned using padding or margin

Or using the good old relative/absolute position:
put picture in a container, make this container relative (style/position/relative), now add an absolute text (Style/position/absolute) and change its position (i.e. using px)
so you keep control on any elements... :)
