This is a total newbie question. I'm trying to center text. I found this instruction:
"If it is Text Element then in typography section apply " text-align center "
Besides being a newbie, I might be blind, but I cannot see where the align options are ??

It's under TYPOGRAPHY.

Just so you know I DID find it today under Typography. I went back to double check that I was not totally insane and found that yesterday, for whatever reason, the alignment option was not available under Typography and I attached a screen shot to the original question that shows that it is nowhere to be found. SO glad to find it today (but sort of wondering where the H it was yesterday)

I think the vanishing Alignment Buttons matter is explained as follows.

The Finish and Reset Format buttons shown at the foot of question.jpg in the first post show that the screen-shot was taken while the paragraph element was in Edit Mode. The alignment options apply to the whole of the paragraph element, and appear only after one has left the Edit Mode (usually by clicking on the Finish button).

Yes alignment options will only be available for text. Images and other elements you use margin and padding.
