Hello all I have this annoying screen size problem on 4 pages that I did today. I used like I have done in the past a page that works as a template. All 4 pages I did are ok and work in RSD BUT for some reason when I check on my cell phone the portrait mode is good and in landscape mode the pages stay to the left. Since it is only the 4 updated pages could it be a CSS or VIEWPORT glitch? One page is at www.kreationspecialties.com/halloweenwrappers.html

You might want to share your RSD file so we can look into that and may get you an answer.

Hello Ernie, I thought that would be needed but with about 50 pgs I thought asking first would be of help I will recheck the updated pages for Viewport and CSS tomorrow and if not able to get it will send the. rsd

Hello Wayan Jaya - Thanks also for the reply that is one of the things I will be rechecking, only 4 or 5 pages out of about 50 have the problem and they are the ones that I updated this week. One thing I forgot to mention is when I saved ( and I do that often) and exported to my folder all was good EXCEPT and the end it sounded a bleep and than CC Shut Down I restarted and did not lose what I saved BUT had to re-export again. Oh well I will work on it again today.

Ernie working later on the problem and if not able to fix will send RSD to support for them to check. Has to be something simple

I have been getting something similar (the app crashing) more & more frequently nowadays but with FF not RSD (don't really use RSD anymore)

That has happened 2 times this month for me on RSD learned the hard way to save save save each time. Just to let you and also Ernie know I sent Support my problem with the RSD file hopefully it may be something small and simple causing my problem or they will not find anything and it just me

Thanks to CC Support - Adam & Scott they were able to advise the area that I should look at and it was my footer text causing the problem - able to fix a few pages and will check and see how many more I have to fix.

Coffee Cup Support even though it was not a software problem and they did not have to help took a quick look and it was something I did not look and I could of saved 2 days work - a lesson learned.
