I was using the css smooth scroll in one of my sites and all of a sudden it doesn't work... not smooth anymore... just jumps to anchor. Anyone experience this?

In view of the possibly related question here, and, if the CSS used is like that described here, I'm wondering whether the a:focus has got changed to autofocus.
