I have a site

They are saying that the side moves slightly from side to side when scrolling, which it does a bit. What can I do to stop that?

I don't see any movement from side to side. I have tried with Ffx, Chrome, Opera and Edge.

However, what I do see is a little distortion in the head image, where it looks like the wall on the right side is leaning a bit inwards. Could that be the 'sideways movements'?

The image can be corrected in a picture editing program, like e.g. Photoshop or Lightroom.

Same here. I don't see any shifting in wide or narrower views.

What you have there is a horezontal scroll bar appears at small to medium size viewports


this is normally caused by an element having too wide a setting

open your project file
adjust the slider until you see the horizontal scroll bar

starting from lowest (I think it goes away at large viewport widths

at that point slide the page right over
then hover over the "body" element" there you will see the body highlighted im blue. with a white edge

if you then start to scroll up as you reach each element it will highlight

keep going up until you find the one that extends over the body.

I can't be sure but I think its the text in the footer "info@colmanenterprises.com: that is too wide only a little bit but enough to cause the scroll bar

that's the one you need to adjust the width for.

if that doesn't get rid of the scroll bar keep going up because there will be another one too somewhere.

Looks to me in the top bar. This is probably causing the issue even though it doesn't shift for me.

Yep it's the menu that sildes in (the one with the menu items
and then it's the footer link text for contact (the m is cut off for the .com bit)

yes at small viewports but still there at medium because of the footer link "info@colmanenterprises.com:

a medium until large the M is missing from .com
