So Why are you using materialize ? when that theme is available in site designer foundation6 which has plenty of components available, you could also do the second theme and once finished export it, and place the exported files into your first project folder, then point to it via a link. That works for me I have done many sites that way

first of all is that the site you have loaded is using site designer 4.0.3285, so if you have the project file then you need to open it in site designer 5, if you don't have that project file anymore then you need to download it again from Coffee Cup Themes

What pre built elements or components are you wanting? and if you need additional pages you need to either duplicate a page then change text/images etc for that new page OR CREATE A NEW PAGE and lay it out as you want

Amit, First of all, your site Serviceatclick is based on the template called Technologic, and it is a Foundation template, not Materialize. You should be able to find a lot of components in Site Designer itself, and if that is not enough, I have lots of building block and components at the two sites in my signature. You just have to decide what kind of components you want, and then make sure that if you find it on my sites, that you grab the Foundation version of them.
You cannot expect that the components, wherever they come from, have the same colours, look and feel as you have in your Technologic theme, that will be for you to change, sizes, colours, another styling so that they fit in.
If you need more pages, I told you recently, in another thread of yours, exactly the same as Wayan has said above here.
