Hi guys... anyone else had the opportunity to use Undo much? If so, has anyone had the 'disappearing content' issue yet?
The issue I'm having is as follows:
Delete a row that contains content on accident while moving things around. No problem.. Ctrl-Z right?
Well, the row comes back, but just the original 50 height row with no content in it!
I figured this was a fluke the first time it happened. I lost my top navigation bar I had worked on for several hours! Ugh. I ohnestly don't even remember deleting it - just it was gone after changing the z-index of something. But I figured I must have deleted it and no amount of 'Undo' would bring it back. So... my bad for saving *too often* without making sure it is all ok first.
However, as time has gone on... I've had 3 occasions now where I am learning as I go and unintentionally delete or drag-move something and wish to Undo it. Once I do, the Row/Column does go back to however it was, but there is no content anywhere.
Is there a setting or anything I might be missing? Perhaps a new version I should snag because of a known issue?

If you can replicate I would open a support topic and report it to the CC gurus.

I have tested this and am unable to replicate it. Yes, if you can open a support topic and provide the exact steps you take to cause the issue and we can track it down.

Ok so here it just happened - would be great if someone could replicate or not:
- Standard grid - has background image
- Top Row -> extend to no margins, background is 0.65 blue transparency
- Next row -> also no margins, has 2 columns and black background set to 0.90 transparency
- Right column -> Add container for 'to top' button
- Add button link to container. Whatever you like on text, etc. I use the '^' symbol in large font and adjust margins.
- Set container to position 'fixed' and untick the two center options for 'right' and 'down' ... this will force it to bottom right of screen.

Add some columns and set them long enough if you want to to test it out... you should be able to scroll down, and click that button to snap back to the top any time you want. I usually set the regular to about 65% trans and hover to 100%. Works great.

Now the 'disappearing act':
So I realize I forgot about some header text I should put in. Figured out I should have 'subgrided' it out, need to rearrange things.
When I deleted the columns - I didn't think before I deleted that column that had the container with the button in it.
Gone. Ok go to Undo menu - still greyed out. Not even the option to Undo.
Back to the drawing board again.

Obviously - this is not a huge deal. This is just recreating a container and a button. However if I had created a bunch of content first. Wow would I be ticked... again. lol

Thanks John! I know we do have some undo issues that we are trying to address and these problems are most likely the result of that. This really does help though, so that you so much for sharing! We will do our best to improve this in the upcoming releases. Watch for a big announcement on RSD hopefully next week with some exciting new features.

I just encountered an undo issue and lost a half day's work. I was rearranging the pages and poof - 1 page GONE. Undo did not work at all. I'm still trying to restore what I lost.

Sorry that you had those issues. So that I understand this correctly, you work for a half-day without making a single save? If you can narrow down the steps, you were taking when all this started; that will help us try and debug the issue with you.

No I made several saves, average every 40 minutes or so. Even a couple Save-As renames. I was using the TEA theme (still on a learning curve here) on the products page I was adding pictures & replacing text, etc. Then I realized I needed to add another menu item - link. Went page by page adding the new link & decided to rearrange them - then to rearrange the pages - as if that would order the links...
Did it once - saved - did it again - gone.
Now it did not occur to me at the time that I could revert to saved? I just walked away. So many saves since then I couldn't find it now.
