RSD not working for Apple mobile...

Hi folks,

I'm stuck, help please.

I've put together a simple 1 page responsive site containing 1 image only.
It looks beautiful online on the various Android and Samsung tablets here, plus my laptop.
But all my Apple buddies are now reporting back that the image is not working on their various iPhones and iPads, just shows a small corner of the image. Not a good look and completely unexpected, I assumed I was good to go with the site.

So I guess "responsive" does not apply to Apple?

It doesn't make sense!
Is this a known issue with RSD?

Thanks, Michael

Could we please see that site?

I'm using an iPhone and an iPad, and I can't remember having had that problem you are describing.

https://windowsreport.com/javascript-no … in-safari/ mentions some of the things that may cause JavaScript to be disabled in Apple devices. Could it perhaps be that this has happened, so that they're not using the picturefill.js used in the web page?

Hi everybody

It's a background image, so picturefill.js doesn't count anyway.

For background images it seems there are matters that are different with some Apple devices. I cannot help regarding those, and have no such devices, but the following may be of use to others who may be able to help.
