I want to change a paragraph element at denverprocessservers.net to a H2 element, but the Type box on top doesn't appear to be able to be changed.

By the way, you can't just change a paragraph to a header 2 you have to delete the paragraph, & replace it with a H2 element.within RSD

Well I have an H2 on another page. I can just copy and paste, I suppose, then change the text.

6 words ? should be ok, the problem is if you disguise something that should be a paragraph (in other words quite a few words) then you will be punished by Google in particular, which sort of defeats the SEO stuff
Headers are exactly that and meant to be exactly that not anything else, but in this case, 6 words short & sweet may help a LITTLE bit towards SEO but not much.,

If you have that text in your "keywords" section, then some slight importance with H2 over a paragraph will take place but then there are other factors that influence SEO greater than if an element is H!, H2,3,4,5 or H6 over a paragraph

You cannot just copy & paste the text, you have to paste the whole H2 element, or just insert H@ element where the paragraph is. Then copy the paragraph text, & paste it into the H2 text, then make any adjustments to the font size etc, because H2 font is larger than paragraph fonts, which might throw the layout a bit.
