OK, so I updated to the latest RSD today. Despite the fact that Windows (W10, 64bit-pro) reports that I'm running Open GL 4.5 it fails with the attached error.

I can't use the pgm, and there doesn't appear to be a link to a previous version of the program...

You need open a support ticket or remove the app and download again just make sure the app isn't somehow corrupted

I'm getting a lot of "not responding" and sudden freezes lately...and other mysterious saving issues...I wonder if a recent Win Update does not play well with RSD? It was always mostly problem free until recently.

Updated the drivers, same problem.

Removed the 2425 version, and replaced with 2291, same problem.

Unwilling to $$ to upgrade to 3.0, as you can imagine!

I had the same error and it was on a older Dell machine. The onboard graphics did not meet the minimum spec. I finally got around to updating by adding a cheap card for about $ 25 and then carried on with the updates.

If I remember correctly the last working version without getting that error was RSD 1640 before they changed to the more powerful engine.

I had another Dell though that had a graphics adapter card in in....so I kinda lived in both worlds for awhile.
