Does anyone know if it's possible to reverse build a site in RSD?

I copied everything off my computer, upgraded (HA!) from Win10 to Win11, and replaced all my files & re-downloaded all programs (including the latest Site Designer). When I opened Site Designer after re-downloading it, nothing populated when I went to "Open Recent". So I thought I'd just go in my files to find the .rsd and open it. But somehow the only file I can't seem to find is the .rsd of my most important website. Other .rsd's are there... ones I don't need.

Of course I have all of the actual site files - the ones that get uploaded to the server when I export. Is there a way to put these in, or open them with, Site Designer to make a new .rsd? I'm trying not to rebuild the whole site from scratch in Site Designer. This is not a site hosted with CoffeeCup, so I don't think the .rsd would be anywhere in by CC account.

There is no way to gather all the exported files from a project and kind of 'suck' them back into SD.
If the .rsd file in question wasn't where you expected it to be, have you searched your whole computer, including possible external drives, for it?
It's been quite some time since I upgraded from Win 10 to 11, but I seem to remember that the upgrading process produced a folder with 'stuff' from the old Windows version on my desktop. If you have such a folder, look there.

If all else fails, maybe you have another project that was structured in a similar way, that you can use as a template.
Then create the structure first and use the exported main.css to fix the sizes, margins, colours etc. Copy/paste the text, and add the images from the exported images folder. Again, look up the properties of the images to get it right.

It will take some time, but I have had to follow the same procedure a couple of times, and it works.
Ha en riktig god dag!

1.For a thorough and remarkably quick search I use the free WizTree program ( https://diskanalyzer.com/?ref=wiztree ).
2. If the project file was somehow deleted, it isn't necessarily unrecoverable. Microsoft has an article on this at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/win … 3cb4e1d4c4 .
