Yep that works for https
but follow the link from K and that doesn't work

I just tried the secured URL - and it did not work on a Chromebook. just reloaded the empty form. I did have the techs at Coffeecup look at the FB file and they had identified an error and rebuilt it. The test site form version is their file.

Why is there an impact with a URL difference of HTTP:// or HTTPS://- and why is the form so inconsistent? Never seen FB act like this in the past.

Think I should just start from scratch and re-create this form. Also, I believe someone offered a javascript bit of code for including a properly formatted phone line? Anyone remember who or where that would be?
